By using LuminaPath, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
LuminaPath AI Inc. ("we", "us", "LuminaPath") provides an AI-powered social media content generation and publishing platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Founding member pricing is locked for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies. The 500-seat founding limit is across all tiers combined. Billing begins April 7, 2026.
You may not use LuminaPath to:
You own all content you create using LuminaPath. We do not claim any ownership over your posts, drafts, or brand assets. You grant us a limited license to process and publish your content as directed by you.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day refund for new subscribers if you're not satisfied — email hello@luminapath.ai.
LuminaPath is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
