Short version: We collect only what we need to run LuminaPath. We never sell your data. Ever.

When you use LuminaPath, we collect:

Account information: Your name, email address, and password (encrypted)
Content you create: Sparks, drafts, captions, and media you upload to generate posts
Brand Voice data: Writing samples and preferences you share to train your AI voice
Platform connections: OAuth tokens for connected social platforms (stored encrypted)
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform
Billing information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate content in your brand voice
To publish posts to your connected platforms
To improve our AI models and platform features
To send you important product updates and billing information
To provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Canada. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Platform OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. We conduct regular security reviews.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Anthropic — for AI content generation (your content is processed but not stored by Anthropic for training without consent)
Social platforms — only the content you explicitly approve for posting

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, email hello@luminapath.ai. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you by email of any material changes to this privacy policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
